amazing stay at elysia
wonderful experience great location
i am so grateful for the wonderful experience the hotel gave. everything was well coordinated from check-in. the location is close to shops. i will be back next time i am in the city.

the hotel is well positioned in the heart. it is near the champs elyssees. there is a nice restaurant on the same street. del mamma provides excellent italian food.

suites were well proportioned and neat. rooms were nice and spacious to relax. the housekeeping staff kept the rooms clean. daily newspapers were complimentary too.

the hotel arranged transport for us. sightseeing options were present to make it easy for us. tour guides and entrance tickets to attractions were available. there also is a peaceful lounge area.

poor breakfast slow valet
The spa was almost always privatized! It was presented as open to all. I think they should specify that you need to privatize it to guarantee access. The breakfast products were not high quality. The cheeses and hams seemed low-grade and there was not enough choice for the price of €35. When checking out, I asked the valet to get our car and help with luggage but no one came upstairs, and we had to bring our suitcases down ourselves. The valet had not been told to get our car. This wasted time, and we wanted a quick checkout since we had a five-hour drive ahead! I also asked for water bottles for the road, but they said they only had glass ones. They suggested we buy some at the store next door. It is not normal for a 5-star hotel to have no water ! Why not give us two glass bottles after our four days there? Telling people to fend for themselves is not good service. We pay for service too.

small elevator crowded lobby
the staff was very attentive to every detail.
I was a little let down by the elevator. It was quite small. the lobby felt crowded due to the number of suitcases.
